"First refusal" ... What means this? I'm not up on the lingo these days, what with all that rap music and pokeymans and whatever I get flustered and confused sometimes.
Also, sure is page 1 around here.
It means that when that BPC comes out of the lab, I contact you and say "Do you want this?". If you say "Yes" and pay me the price of the BPC minus your deposit then you get to walk away with a brand new Titan BPC. If you say "No, I'm a poor mofo who can't afford such nice things" then I say "Sucks to be you!" and keep your deposit.
